3. PRO-TAX Franchising Staff will arrange for initial phone interview
4. Qualified applicants will complete a secondary interview with PRO-TAX Operations Staff
5. Upon approval of application, territory will be confirmed, and legal documents drafted
6. Sign the documents and become a member of the PRO-TAX Family
