Client Appointments

At PRO-TAX, you never need an appointment. Just come by whenever you're ready to start your return.  We take walk-in clients on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We know some clients have busy schedules and want to avoid waiting for a preparer. Our offices can be very busy during the peak times of the season. So to eliminate any wait, PRO-TAX gives you the option to reserve a meeting time with one of our trained tax professionals

For those who would like to schedule ahead, we take appointments up to a year in advance. To schedule an appointment with one of our trained tax professionals please click here or call 1-800-809-2829.

If you want to make an appointment less than 24 hours before the proposed time, please call rather than using the form.

Of course, if your plans change and you need to switch or cancel your appointment simply call or email the office where your appointment is scheduled.   We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time that is more convenient.

After you submit your request you will receive a verification message via email with details of your appointment.
