Drop-Off Service

Life is hectic, and we know you are pressed for time. That is why we created our convenient drop-off service. If you don’t have time to wait in the office for a preparer, or wait while the return is prepared, we would encourage you to take advantage of our Drop-Off service.

With the Drop-Off service you will need to complete our Client Information Sheet and leave all your tax documents with us. We will complete the return and call you when it’s ready. We guarantee that a preparer will work on the return within 24 hours of your dropping it off. If we receive all necessary information from you, a basic return is completed within 24 hours. If we need additional information, we will contact you within 24 hours to explain what we are missing. Please make sure you give us all of your phone numbers so we can easily contact you to resolve any outstanding issues.

Once the return is completed, you will need to come in and sign the paperwork before we can electronically file the return. With Drop-Off returns you will not need to wait when you return. Just let the receptionist know you are ready to sign your Drop-Off return. She will put you at the front of the line to meet with the next preparer, who will get your signatures and insure we have all the required forms (e.g. W2s, 1099s, etc.).
